How to use it?
step1. get into the room and watch the default video <TV Workout>
step2. pick up the dumbbell from the rack
step3. the channel will automatically switch to another video<Love Your Time>  
step4. enjoy the virtual world while working out with the dumbbell in your hand.

Warning:
Once you put the dumbbell back, the video will switch back to the default video <TV Workout>.
